:: Seafood Terrace

The main restaurant of the Paradise Koh Yao is nestled between shady trees, right on the beach with a covered area and additional seating out on the open beach overlooking Phang Nga Bay, Southern Thailand. It's a wonderful tropical setting in which to enjoy outstanding Thai and western cuisine.

As a tropical island resort restaurant, naturally the menu features prominently an extensive variety of fresh seafood accompanied by various sauces and condiments. In addition, there is a large choice of freshly prepared Thai dishes, snacks and salads.

The restaurant is open all day long for your convenience - you are on holiday and food is an important part of a great memorable holiday.

At least twice per week, theme evenings such as seafood BBQ, Thai night etc., provide plenty of variety for our guests. A permanent black-board features the catch of the day and other specials which change daily.

There's beautiful lobster, the sort that inspires pictures. You'll find wonderful filet mignon imported fresh from Australia, plenty of tasty Italian dishes and of course a great variety of authentic Thai dishes.

The "Al Fresco" Restaurant is also located right on the beach with additional seating in the sand in the shade of palms or coconut trees. It's a relaxing, casual restaurant presented in a refreshing contemporary style with a pizza oven as special feature near the main seating area. The main pool is another great place to unwind, relax, read a book and it's a welcome refresher after a swim at the resort beach. A children's pool keeps the small ones at ease in shallower water and provides a safe environment.

The Paradise Spa rock fits in perfectly with the tropical feeling of the resort and serves as an excellent landmark- it's easy to find the spa! With the steam room integrated in the rock, you will experience a unique Thai Herb Steam Treatment. The Waterfall with the Rock-Pool and integrated Jacuzzi complement this unique experience.

We offer half day, full day or multiday rock climbing instruction. You can choose a morning or afternoon course.

If you have never rock climbed before, we offer an introductory course which provides instruction and safety briefings before heading out to our beginner routes. For the experienced climber, our guides have exclusive access to nearly 50 climbs on Koh Yao and the neighboring islands.

:: Soft Adventure

The resort features a multitude of soft adventure, eco-tourism activities to keep guests busy during their stay. Right from the resort beach there is trekking, canoeing and snorkeling. The resort owned canoes are available to explore the nearby hongs, lagoons and beaches.

As well, the resort boat shuttles guests to near-by islands such as Koh Hong to see the incredible "hongs" (lagoon or "room" in Thai) as well as to other attractions out on Phang Nga Bay.

Phang Nga Bay is known for its spectacular rock formations, stunning natural beauty and unspoiled beaches. An especially stunning highlight of the Phang Nga Bay area is the "hongs" (like lagoons, means literally "room" in Thai) and caves.
