About the hotel:
very nice and relaxing resort in a beautiful green and shady garden on a beautiful beach. We spent a couple of days with small children and it was perfect. the place is remote and serene away from everything but the hotel staff is very helpful to organize a rental car if you want to move around

A very special place which was the highlight of our holiday. Unspoilt beaches, a lush tropical location, friendly, relaxed and great value. If you want to escape everything for a few days and see what Khao Lak would have been like ten years ago this is the place.

A realy nice hotel,eccelent staff,big and beaudiful Bungalows and garden.The beach is like 10km long offering you long walks.The perfect place for people who wants realy to relax.For sure we go back.The only minus?There were not big bottles of Chang-beer at the restaurant.We hope next time we get there to have it.Thankyou all in Haadson Resort for a perfect vacation.

A peaceful paradise! Quiet nice beach that stretches for miles. Perfect for a relaxing/romantic holiday! The hotel is very nice, good standard with comfortable well-designed villas in a wonderful garden/jungle setting. Can recommend the villa with an outdoor shower! TV channels were very few and boring (if you are jetlagged and cannot sleep at night there is nothing to watch). The hotel restaurant closes at ca 22.30 and the local restaurants in the surrounding are also closed at night. So do not expect much to do in the evening! Daytime you can book a snorkling trip and hotel provides a bike and a free daily charter to Kao Lak. The hotel staff is really friendly, despite communication problems at times, they are really helpful and genuinely nice. Breakfast and food overall is good. Try the hotel spa, situated in a beautiful calm outdoor setting. I can really recommend Haadson!

Stayed at the Haadson resort for 6 nights over New Year. Lovely hotel for escaping it all, but not for those who want facilities included and nearby. Set by a beautiful beach mainly used by locals, it s a good opportunity to mix with real Thais in their own surroundings. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. No complaints.

This is exactly what we wanted. The Haadson is small, quiet, and ideal for people wanting to get away, relax and enjoy the quieter side of beach life in the Khao Lak area. The staff are very friendly and efficient, the accommodation was comfortable and the food excellent. There is a nice pool, but the beach is meters away with a quite stretch of coast to enjoy. I would highly recommend the Haadson to anybody looking for a slightly less commercial getaway away of the larger cities. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and were looked after very well. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

About the hotel:
We loved this resort and would stay there again. We stayed in the Coconut Rooms since villas weren t available and they were great. Staff was excellent although English is limited with wait staff. Pool area is great and included breakfast was very good. Other meals were reasonable too.

There are 5 Coconut Villas, each villa is surrounded by dense tropical plants and have 4 individual guest rooms; 2 rooms on the ground floor, and 2 rooms on the first floor. Each individual Coconut Villa Room is 45 sq.m.

Ground floor rooms provide direct access to the garden via the terrace, while first floor rooms have a balcony with garden views. The interior is a blend of contemporary Asian design, the colour theme being crimson red.

These 19 individual villas enjoy the best setting as every villa has direct views of the lagoon. Each individual Villa is 53 - 55 sq.m. with a timber terrace. Additional features includes a leather daybed on the terrace for lounging, a sliding console over the bed area for breakfast in-bed, and bathrooms having both an internal and external bath area; Lakeside Villas have an open air terrazzo bathtub, and the Island Villas have an open air rain shower. The interior furnishing is a blend of contemporary Asian design, the colour theme being bronze yellow.

Room Service is available daily from 07.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs.

The Terrace Bar: This bar is styled in smooth concrete and makes great use of the timber deck of the restaurant. Serving beverages, coffee, alcoholic drinks, and light snacks. The Terrace Bar opens from 11.00 hrs to 22.30 hrs.

The Terrace Restaurant: Overlooking Bangsak Beach, consisting of 2 contemporary Thai style Sala, linked with a large timber deck. Choice of food available is a variety of both Thai & International cuisine.

All meals are served at the Terrace, and guest can choose to dine in the Sala or on the timber deck. The Restaurant operates from 07.00 hrs to 22:30 hrs.

Library Sala:
Sitting adjacent to our Lobby and in a similar modern Thai Sala is the Library. It is a multi-purpose space; guest can enjoy the comforts of our daybed while reading and relaxing, or even have a light snack while playing board games & using the internet. A small corner has a selection of local products for sale. The Library is open from 08.00 hrs - 22.30 hrs.

Swimming Pool & Sundeck:
Located on the island and surrounded by casuarinas trees & garden, the swimming pool is simple & serene a rectangular 23 m. length pool with a split level timber sundeck.

Fitted out with showers, bathrooms, and the Petite Bar & cafe. The Swimming pool opens between 07.00 hrs to 19.00 hrs.

Massage Salas:
Also on the Island and close to the pool area, the Massage Sala are 3 open air pavilions nestled in the landscape.

Guest can enjoy a variety of traditional Thai Massage therapies. Available between 10.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs.

Haadson Resort is located on Bangsak Beach (Khaolak), in Phang-nga province, Thailand. Access to the resort is from the beach front promenade, where Bangsak offers the longest stretch of beach in Khaolak; from Pakarang Cape to Thap -Tawan Cape.

The resort is 75 minutes by car from Phuket International Airport, 15 minutes from Khaolak centre, and 15 minutes from Takuapa. Both Khao Sok National Park & Khao Lak Lamru National Park is within 45 minutes, and the Similan Islands National Marine Park is only an hour away by speed boat.
