About the hotel:
I had very bad time at this hotel. 1- The hotel is far from city center and it cost me lot of money for Taxi. 2- The AC system on lobby and all hallways were turned off due to low occupancies. 3- I had to pay extra for money exchange and internet fees are very high including many other services. I strongly recommend not to go to this hotel. You will be disappointed like I am. I visited my friend staying at Asia Hotel and felt sorry for my self.
About the reservation service:
I wish they would provide refund if one does not stay after the reservation
