About the hotel:
My first time at the KC Resort. Spent 3 nights and 2 days in the Ocean View room. Excellent service, very good food, clean facilities. I will return and spend at least 5 or 6 days there next time. The only problem I had was a very weak wireless signal in my room. I couldn t connect to the internet. Frustrating when you have to do some work. I took my computer to the lobby and used one of their tables and had a decent (3 bar) signal.

As always, sawadee.com is my choice for booking rooms in Thailand and throughout SE Asia. Never had a problem. I highly recommend their services.

About the hotel:
Poor English - good, then you don t have to understand what the customer want to have. VERY unhappy with the roomcleaning! Breakfest OK. 2 days we did not let the children in the pool - dirty water. Shower in room 1301 not for childern - hot and in the next second cold - or cold and then hot. In the restaurant we have been served so slowly (30 minutes before closing), that we went without eating (4 adukts and 2 children). Good for the emploies, no longer work. Kho Chang maybe, KC never again. By the way, very poor diving.

The hotel is very good, absolute the best at WSB, well located in Koh Chang. The staff is very nice and helpful. Great breakfast and nice restaurang. The beach is beautiful and clean. The pool is very large. I really recommend this hotel.

Sehr schön gelegene und gepflegte Anlage an wunderbarem Strand. Der morgendliche Run auf die Liegestühle passt nicht zu diesem Hotel. Das Personal scheint sich vor dem Kontakt mit den Gästen wegen Sprachproblemen und mangelndem Fachwissen zu fürchten. Der 3%-Zuschlag für Kreditkartenzahlung im SPA ärgert. Der Transfer vom Flughafen über das Hotel gebucht ist 3 mal teuerer als beim Buchen vor Ort.

Beautiful resort located on the north part of White Sand Beach, which also is the nicest part of White Sands. No rocks, hardly no vendors. Beautiful palm trees around the pool area and well kept gardens surrounding the hotel. Breakfast buffé offers everything you could ever wish for! Best resort for families.

Very beautiful garden and pool. Excellent breakfast. Our standard bungalow was small but nice. The bathroom however was not good. When we took a shower the water flow all over the floor and stayed there. We had to ask for a rubberscraper to clean the floor.

Great hotel.we lived in beach side bungalow, right on the beatifull beach.hotel has great facilities as 2 pools, restaurant, fitness room,so on..it was great having breakfast every day at the beach restaurant!pool is great, with pool bar.though lack of pool chairs for so many hotel rooms.hotel building was nice and modern, though I prefer bungalows wich are quite small, but clean and in good condition.most important is, bungalows are situated right on the beach!!white sand beach is beatifull.many other hotels i koh chang has no actual beach, because of the rocks or high tide water.you will not be disspointed in this hotels beach!do not expect very wide beach as in Phuket, but you get much more cosiness on the beach in return.palm trees hanging out on the beach, great green background of the hills behind, beautifull...I greatly recommend this hotel.

We were very satisfied with the enviroment and staff in the way of service. Although, the huge lack of english language among a lot of staff was a problem. We will defintly visit KC Grande again and over all We are very pleased and satisfied with our staying.
