The Le Bayburi Pranburi Villas is a unique holiday Experience consisting of 4 private beachfront villa residences situated along a stretch of Pranburi  prime beachfront that is home to over a dozen high end boutique resorts.

The residences are available for short and long term stay guests. Although each Villa is structurally almost identical, the interior and landscape designs are each unique. Uninterrupted sea views are available from almost every room. The 4 villas are completely independent and private, with their own pool, kitchen, study, living areas and maids quarters.

In total there are only four villas as part of this project. Each Villa is structurally almost identical. The interior and landscape designs however are each unique. There are four interior designs developed by international interior design firm DWP (City-space).

Each architecturally designed 2 storey private villa has :

• - 3 Bedrooms, 1 Entertainment/Function room, 1 Living room, 1 Dinning room, 1 maids room, outdoor dining and living areas
• - 3 Bathrooms (excluding maids bathroom) with secure parking for 2 vehicles
• - A private 5x10m swimming pool with Jacuzzi, including sun bath pool
• - Beach front pool bar and private barbecue area for evening beach parties with beach front lawn and direct access to the beach
• - All villas area completed furnished, including all artwork, appliances and linen - ready for immediate occupancy

Each private villa is situated on an freehold land plot of approximately 95-105 sq.wah (380-420 Sq.m.)

- Villa B Pacific Hideaway -

Pacific Hideaway villa is inspired from pacific island and northern Australian beachfront homes. The villa has a warm natural feel to it, with an island hideaway feeling that supports a relaxing and private vacation break. Like all the villas, the Pacific Hideaway is directly on the beachfront, with absolutely uninterrupted views from almost every area of the villa and outdoor areas.

- Villa C Modern Tropical -

A more traditional Asian tropical design so popular in the regional is reflected in the contemporary design of this villa. For those guests who either haven't experienced that Asian tropical experience or enjoy this style of accommodation, then this villa is one of the best you will ever find. Very much in keeping with the surrounding area and resorts the tropical feeling of the villa is only further improved by the glorious outdoor living areas and absolute beach frontage enjoyed from every area of the villa.

Airport Limousine Transfer Service by Euro car

The shuttle will collect you from either Bangkok's main international or domestic airports and bring you directly to the Villa. The trip is approximately 3-4 hours depending on the traffic conditions. At your request the shuttle will stop for food shopping at a supermarket close by the Villa before arriving.

Car Rental by Europe car

Car rental can be arranged at your prior request. The type of vehicle will be confirmed separately as several choices may be available from time to time. Indicative rates on the website are for either a Toyota Camry, or a Toyota Hiace van. The vehicles will be delivered to the villa and collected on you departure. We would not recommend driving the rental car from and to the airport unless you are resident in Thailand and familiar with the journey. This could be arranged however at your request. A Thai or International drivers licenses will be required.

Location

Romantic Pranburi is located just 20 minutes south of Hua-Hin, situated on the south west coast of the Gulf of Thailand. The area is characterized by crystal clean natural beaches, breathtaking sea views, refreshing sea breezes and all this set against a backdrop of inland mountain ranges will to discover a tranquil, luxurious and private atmosphere. Home to many famous boutique resorts and, so even in high season the area is peaceful and quiet

Transportation

Pranburi is easily accessible by car from Bangkok, via a 2 and a half to 3 hour drive. There are numerous tourist buses and vans going to the area from both the city and the airports.

The closest domestic airport is Hua Hin, which is about 20 minutes drive. Shuttle transport is available from all airports. Depending in group size either limousine, cars or vans are utilized. Secure parking is available at the villa.
