About the hotel:
Pool area, not so friendly for kids. Breakfast is not included in the price. Internet in very expensive, we boroved a computer in the lobby and had to pay 50 bath for 2 minutes.

Very good hotel, super location in the middle of numerous shopping malls, direct access to MBK. We had an executive suite this time, very spacious and comfortable, just one floor above pool area and breakfast restaurant.. Quick and friendly reception on arrival and departure. Had very late flight from BKK and paid 1500 bath for having the room until 1700. Breakefast at Loop restaurant poolside average, not impressive, and our experiences dining there mixed ! Tried Pizza once, not good, later tried expencive beefsteak, had to return it, got another, a little better. All in all, Loop expencive, not worth the prices. Eat elsewhere recommended. Pool service excellent, plenty of towels, relaxing ambience. We will certainly return to Pathumwan Princess on our next visit to Bangkok.

Very nice hotel, nice and clean room, friendly staff and atmosfere. The breakfast was expensive but worth it but try to get it inin advance. Didn´t eat otherwise on the hotel.

About the hotel:
We have stayed at this hotel many times before, great location and the hotel has had a series of updates. We always stay in an Executive Plus Suite which is now becoming very tired. Bathrooms are very old and in a state of disrepair. Would not stay in the suite again until they are refurbished. On the other hand our son stayed in a Delux Room which has been recently renovated and this was wonderful, beware however that the photo on the website of the delux room is misleading and they tried to put him in a superior room which is entirely different. Had issues with the staff allowing us to use the executive club (which we were entitled to) but generally all staff are very attentative.

I stayed in a suite and it was very big and beutifull. The Hotel is very good and i would recomend it to everyone. It also has a perfeckt location for shopping. The Staff is superb and the hotell has every thing you need....This hotel is proberly the best hotell in Bangkok if you want to shop and have a perfeckt stay in this big city. This was my second time and i will use the same hotell again for 1-2 day shopping before traveling back from holliday.

I have stayed Pathumwan Princess numerous times over the last five years.Facilities excellent,staff friendly and great location.However,the price of standard room having risen from BT3000 to BT5000 in the last few years starts to get a little expensive.
